Amanda is our Client Relations Manager, and has grown up with animals her entire life, so she has a passion for caring for them. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in psychology and criminology from Florida Southern College, and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in criminology at the University of Tampa. She rescued and trained her own service dog, and also has a cat at home. She has been in the pet care industry for six years, and has been volunteering at animal shelters since she was 16.

Cathryn is one of our Team Leads and has worked with and around animals her entire life. She grew up on a small farm and had 25+ animals at one time, including mini ponies, sheep, goats and pigs. She lives in Downingtown with her fiance, two kids, husky and four cats. She loves to go snowboarding and shopping and to cuddle with her kitties. Cathryn loves getting to meet new pets every day!

Erin F is from Rhode Island, and is currently living in West Chester PA. She has a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, and is interested in eventually expanding into EMS. Erin grew up with dogs, however she has recently become a proud cat and snake mom. Erin loves learning about all kinds of animals, and has a passion for promoting the health and well-being of all critters, big and small!

Hailey is one of our lead pet sitters from Middletown, New York. She moved to West Chester a little over a year ago to attend West Chester University and ever since then she fell in love with the area. She grew up in a big family, with four younger siblings and lots of pets including; dogs, cats, chickens, ferrets, hamsters, lizards, you name it! She has always had a passion for working with and being around all sorts of animals. She is going to college to expand her love for animals and become an Animal Psychologist. In addition, she has had years of experience being a pet sitter/dog walker and has always loved meeting new furry friends and building an unbreakable friendship!

Allie is 21 years old and has been watching animals for about three years. She has experience caring for all different types of animals such as dogs, cats, and bearded dragons. She has so much love for furry friends and she can’t wait to get to know yours!

Anitra is one of our pet sitters who was born and raised in West Chester. She went to Fern Hill Elementary, Pierce Middle School, and Henderson high school. She currently also works for Penn Medicine working from home. She lives with her mom and the love of her life, her dog Louie. He’s 15 years old and she’s so happy to have him in her life. When she’ not working she likes to online shop and spend time with friends in Delaware. To her, working for Tails N Whiskers doesn’t feel like “work” because she loves animals. Each client she has she treats as her own as she is protective of her dog.
She treats them like family!

Meet Jami – one of our overnight pet sitters who grew up in South Carolina and moved to PA for college. She graduated from Arcadia Uni with a Bachelors in Public Health in 2022. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and of course spending time with her boykin spaniel (Beans). She has always been around animals and has an easy time making strong connections with them. Growing up she enjoyed horseback riding and spending time with her 5 family dogs. She is so excited to meet new furry friends and make their time without family a blast!

Jordan, one of our pet sitters, is a sophomore in college majoring in Animal Science. Ever since she was a kid, she has dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, which led her to attend an agricultural high school where she gained hands-on experience working with a variety of animals. She currently has a dog, a bunny, and two hamsters, and her love for animals has only grown over the years. Beyond her passion for animal care, she also loves to sing, which has always been a creative outlet for her. She considers herself a passionate, kindhearted leader who is dedicated to making a difference, both in the lives of animals and those around her.

Kristin recently moved back to PA from California, and she is new to the West Chester area. She has been an animal lover her entire life, and she many years of experience caring for them. Right now, she has a toy poodle named Prim & a bearded dragon named Swift. In her spare time she enjoys taking her dog to the park and the beach. She also enjoys going to the movies and cooking. She looks forward to getting to know all of our clients and caring for your pets!

Lisa is so happy to be a member of the Tails N Whiskers team! She’s always been a huge supporter of small businesses having been raised by an independent business owner, as well as worked for and run a quite a few throughout much of her career. She was born and raised in Chester County, only straying to Manhattan for 10 years to attend college and work as a nanny. She has always had a cat or two by her side. Two of them currently live with her in Malvern who came to her via the universal cat distribution system. When she’s not taking care of all of your adorable pets she can be found practicing yoga and handstands, attending concerts, traveling, making jewelry, and seeking out fun vintage finds!

Maddie is a pet lover with a soft spot for both dogs and cats. She has an adorable cat named Minnie who’s always stealing the spotlight. She lives in Downingtown and loves caring for pets while their owners are away. When she’s not hanging out with Minnie, you’ll probably find her planning her next vacation, out with friends, or walking around Disney World. She’s always excited to meet new pets and help make their time without you as comfortable as possible!

Say hello to Maryah! Maryah is 21 years old and currently attending college. She’s always had a soft spot for animals and shares her home with two adorable cats, Theo and Lily. Her passion for pets shines through in everything she does — her goal is to make sure every animal feels loved, safe, and well cared for!

Mia is a recent undergraduate, working full time with aspirations to be a physician assistant. She is always up for a new adventure! She enjoys the outdoors, festivals, time with friends and family, and, of course, animals. Along with growing up with 2 dogs, 2 cats and lots of fish, she has years of experience training service dogs, customer service and working with dogs of all ages. Currently with no pets herself, she takes great pleasure in her time with your pets. As a medical assistant, lifeguard and pet sitter, she knows how busy life can get so she is always eager to help care and look after your wonderful pets. Seeing their smiling faces makes her day!

As a mom of three teens and the owner of a busy household with four dogs, two cats, and two horses, animals have always been at the center of Molly’s life. She has worked as a vet tech assistant in an animal urgent care, giving her hands-on experience with animals of all kinds. Being around animals isn’t just what she does—it’s what she loves!

Meet Nick! Nick has been surrounded by animals his whole life and has always had a passion for caring for them. He believes that pets bring so much happiness into a home, and he loves being able to provide them with the care, attention, and companionship they deserve. Spending time with animals is the highlight of his day, and he’s happy to turn that passion into a job with Tails N Whiskers!

Rachel is a full time mom and part time pet sitter for us! She lives in Downingtown with her husband and 2 beautiful children. She grew up with cats and has 3 of her own! When she is not pet sitting for us and has a break from being an awesome mom, she enjoys a glass of wine or being pampered at the nearest nail salon!

Sage is a current master’s student at West Chester University, studying Biology with a general concentration on ecology and conservation! When she is not studying or with your furry friends, Sage can be found reading, taking pictures, crocheting, or painting. She has always loved animals and has experiences with animals ranging from lizards, birds, dogs, and cats! Sage currently has 2 cats of her own, Fern and Ginkgo, and she grew up with 3 dogs as well, an Akita named Sake and 2 chihuahuas named Chewy and Maya. She is so excited to get to know the unique personalities of each client, and to make sure they feel loved and taken care of!

Sara is one of our overnight pet sitters who grew up caring for dogs, cats, aquatic animals, small pets, and reptiles. She currently shares her home with three cats and two rescue dogs and volunteers with Black Cat Cafe and PALS. Outside of pet care, she works as a professional blacksmith and illustrator, bringing patience, focus, and reliability to every animal she cares for!

Animals have always been a part of Stacey’s life, having grown up in Nyack, New York
with multiple dogs, cats, guinea pigs, geese, ducks, rabbits and a donkey. After
graduating from Villanova University, Stacey stayed in Pennsylvania, currently residing
with her husband in Phoenixville. With a soft spot for rescuing senior Pugs with special
needs, Stacey loves dogs of all sizes and presently two Pugs, a Hound Mix and a Great
Dane make up their pack, as well as four very spoiled cats. Stacey also volunteered as
a Docent at the Philadelphia Zoo for many years, specializing in giving tours of the Big
Cat house, but also visiting school children in their classroom and introducing them to
small mammals, birds and reptiles. She is absolutely thrilled to join Tails N Whiskers!

Zoe has a true passion for pet sitting and has been caring for animals for years—even before joining Tails N Whiskers. During her college years, she spent her summers dog sitting, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. She also volunteered with Canine Partners for Life alongside her sister, further deepening her love for animal care. Zoe especially enjoys meeting new pets and building connections with both dogs and cats of all kinds. When she’s not out on visits, Zoe works at an accounting firm, bringing the same level of responsibility and attention to detail to everything she does.
