When you schedule a service with us, we will set up an initial Meet-and-Greet with you and your pet(s) to discuss how we will best meet your needs.

All of our prices are for 1-2 pets
There is a $3 extra pet fee for each additional pet for pet sitting and dog walking services, and a $10 extra pet fee for each additional pet for overnight stays.

Lockbox Policy
We require all clients to use a lockbox as a way to secure keys to your home and provide peace of mind as your key stays on your property.
You may either purchase your own lockbox, or we can supply one for you for a one time $20 refundable deposit.
* If we will be using a garage code/door code for access to your home, a lockbox will not be required
Policies
We use your reservation to plan availability for our clients. When you book our services, we reserve exclusive time for you and your pets and have likely turned away other clients during your scheduled time. In addition, we are obligated to pay our pet sitters when they set aside time for your reservation. The following cancellation policy applies to the entire invoiced amount of the reservation:
Dog walks must be canceled within 24 hours to be fully refunded.
Vacation visits must be canceled at least 1 week before the first day of your scheduled visits in order to receive a refund.
For Summer months (June-August) and Holidays, visits must be canceled at least 2 weeks in advance.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due for vacation visits upon booking of services.
Please be aware that our cancellation policy is firm, and we cannot make exceptions for any circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, or schedule alterations. However, we are more than willing to collaborate with your travel insurance provider and can provide any necessary documentation they might require for claims processing.

Tails N Whiskers Pet Services was founded by a nurse in 2015 to assist pet owners in the daily care of their pets. We are available for all of your pet care needs, including weekends and holidays.
Frequently Asked questions
We understand that often client's travel and we are the only opportunity for your dog to go potty and follow their routines. On rainy days for our daily clients, we are also prepared to provide enrichment through games and indoor play/cuddle time after your dog goes potty.
However, this will not impact the duration of your visits/services; We will always spend the remainder of the visit spending quality indoor time with your dog(s) following their shortened walk, if needed.
