Amanda is our General Manager and plays an important role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including client care, team support, scheduling, and ensuring every pet receives the highest level of care and attention. Growing up surrounded by pets inspired her passion for animal care and ultimately led her to a career in the pet care industry, where she has been working for the past seven years. Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Florida Southern College, as well as her Master’s degree in Criminology from University of Tampa. She also rescued and trained her own service dog, Prince, and shares her home with her beloved cat, Princess. In addition to her professional experience, Amanda has been volunteering at animal shelters since the age of 16. Her dedication, compassion, leadership, and deep understanding of animal behavior help ensure both pets and their owners feel safe, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
