When you schedule a service with us, we will set up an initial meet-and-greet with you and your pet(s) to discuss how we will best meet your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR CURRENT SERVICE AREA IS LIMITED TO WEST CHESTER, EXTON, MALVERN, AND PAOLI PENNSYLVANIA.

Pet Sitting

A Pet Care Specialist will come to your home to feed your pet, give them fresh water, maintain their litter box or cage, and give them exercise/play/cuddle time. We require a visit at least once per day to ensure that your pet is healthy, happy, and safe while you are away.

  •  30 minute visit: $25 for 1-2 pets, $3 for each additional pet
  •  45 minute visit: $35 for 1-2 pets, $3 for each additional pet
  •  60 minute visit: $40 for 1-2 pets, $3 for each additional pet
  •  Overnight visit*: $125 for 1-2 pets, $10 for each additional pet, $20 additional per overnight stay that includes holidays

  • *Overnight Visits are approximately 6pm - 7am

Dog Walking

A Pet Care Specialist will come to your home to let your dog(s) out during the day. This does not include feeding or medication administration.

  •  20 minute visit: $22 for 1-2 dogs, $3 for each additional dog
  •  30 minute visit: $25 for 1-2 dogs, $3 for each additional dog

Pet Waste Removal

A Pet Care Specialist will come to your home and clean up the poop in your yard. The waste will be bagged up and left in your trash can.

  •  $25 per clean-up visit for the first 30 minutes, up to 2 dogs and 1/2 acre of property*

  • *Larger properties and/or heavily soiled yards will be evaluated and quoted in person

Medication Administration

A Pet Care Specialist will administer all types of medications including pills, injections, and subcutaneous fluids.

  •   Pills: $2 per pet
  •  Injections: $7 per pet
  •  Subcutaneous Fluids: $10 per pet

Additional Fees

Holiday Surcharges

We can accommodate any pet sitting or dog walking needs during the holidays. Below are the observed holidays:

  •  New Year's Eve - New Year's Day - Easter Weekend
  •  Memorial Day Weekend - Independence Weekend (if applicable) - Labor Day Weekend
  •  Thanksgiving Weekend - Christmas Eve - Christmas Day

$10 additional per visit on all holidays

$20 additional per overnight stay that includes holidays

Returned Check Fee

$25 plus all fees incurred

Lockbox Policy

We require all clients to use a lockbox as a way to secure keys to your home and provide peace of mind as your key stays on your property. You may either purchase your own lockbox, or we can supply one for you for a one time $20 refundable deposit.

* If we will be using a garage code/door code for access to your home, a lockbox will not be required *
