Please be aware of the following policies and procedures prior to scheduling.
- Pet sitting payment is due in full when your request for services is confirmed via email with an invoice. Payment is due within 7 days prior to the start of visits. A $2 per visit late charge will be assessed to any services that are not paid in advance.
- Reservations booked the day before service(s) rendered are subject to a $3 last-minute fee per visit.
- Reservations booked on the day of service(s) rendered are subject to a $5 emergency fee per visit.
- Unpaid services may result in canceled visits without notice, including prior to or during the service period.
- Payment for Dog Walking is due once the invoice is received. A $2 per dog walk late fee will be assessed to services if payment is not received within 5 days of the client's receipt of the emailed invoice.
You can pay by cash, credit card, or check. A $25 fee will be charged for a returned check, in addition to any other fees incurred as a result of said check.
A 4% convenience fee will be applied to all online credit card payments.
Tails N Whiskers Pet Services requires at least 24 hours notice for you to schedule a visit. If you are requesting a visit with less than 24 hours notice, this will be considered a same-day booking and the $5 emergency fee will be applied.
Pet sitting visits must be canceled at least two days before the first day of your scheduled visit. If a pet sitting reservation is canceled the day prior to service(s), there will be no refund or credit issued. If you cancel more than two days prior to a scheduled visit, you will be credited for the full amount paid for the scheduled service(s). Refunds are not given at any time, but you can apply this credit to future services.
If you cancel your scheduled DOG WALK the day before your scheduled service(s), you will not receive a refund or credit for future service(s).
If you are home during a scheduled visit, arrive home early from your vacation, or cancel a visit on the same day (within 24 hours of your scheduled service(s)), you will be charged in full for all scheduled services. No refunds will be given.Got questions? Click here to check out our FAQ!
