Rebekah

Rebekah, owner, is a lifelong animal lover. She is originally from Buffalo, New York and has been living in Pennsylvania for the last 18 years. She has always grown up with animals and has cared for them starting at a young age. Rebekah and her husband currently have 3 cats, a hound dog, chickens and a miniature pony.

Even though her background is in nursing for the last 17 years, Rebekah has finally found her love and passion of owning a business and caring for animals on a daily basis.

Cathryn

Cathryn is our Business Office Manager/Pet sitter and has worked with and around animals her entire life. She grew up on a small farm and had 25+ animals at one time, including mini ponies, sheep, goats and pigs. She lives in Downingtown with her fiance, two kids, husky and four cats. She loves to go snowboarding and shopping and to cuddle with her kitties. Cathryn loves getting to meet new pets every day!

Rachel

Rachel is a full time mom and part time pet sitter for us! She lives in Downingtown with her husband and 2 beautiful children. She grew up with cats and has 3 of her own! When she is not pet sitting for us and has a break from being an awesome mom, she enjoys a glass of wine or being pampered at the nearest nail salon!

Amanda

Amanda is our client relations manager, and has grown up with animals her entire life, so she has a passion for caring for them. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in psychology and criminology from Florida Southern College, and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in criminology at the University of Tampa. She rescued and trained her own service dog, and also has a cat at home. She has been in the pet care industry for four years, and has been volunteering at animal shelters since she was 16.

Jackie

Jackie Grucella has loved all animals for her entire life, and now she's lucky enough to work with them every day! Rain, sleet, snow, or shine - fur, scales, or feathers - she'll always be there for your babies; no matter what. She can't wait to meet all of your rascals!

Hailey

I'm Hailey and I am from Middletown, New York. I moved to West Chester a little over a year ago to attend West Chester University and ever since then I fell in love with the area. I grew up in a big family, with four younger siblings and lots of pets including; dogs, cats, chickens, ferrets, hamsters, lizards, you name it! That being said, I've always had a passion for working with and being around all sorts of animals. I am going to college to expand my love for animals and become an Animal Psychologist. In addition, I've had years of experience being a pet sitter/dog walker and have always loved meeting new furry friends and building an unbreakable friendship.

Sean

Hello, I’m Sean, I’ve lived in the Downingtown area for most of my life. I have been around dogs my whole life and currently have 3. I have volunteered at the SPCA in the past, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. In my free time I like to golf, hike, play basketball, anything to keep me busy. I can’t wait to meet many different pets and care for them as my own!

Chandler

Hi, I'm Chandler I have a black dog named Morticia and a tuxedo cat named Sammy. I spend most of my free time barefoot hiking and fishing. I used to work at the SPCA helping take dogs off the airplanes so they could find their forever home. I'm so excited to meet your furry friend/friends!

Leah

Hi everyone, I’m Leah! I moved to West Chester from York, PA, about two years ago. Recently, I completed my Associate degree in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and I'm excited to start my journey at West Chester University this year to study Ecology and Conservation. Growing up in York, I was surrounded by a bunch of animals—cats, dogs, hamsters, snakes, lizards, birds, you name it! This upbringing sparked my deep love and empathy for animals of all kinds, inspiring me to dedicate myself to their well-being. Ziggy, my 9-year-old pitbull, is my pride and joy. He made the move with me to West Chester and has been my loyal companion ever since. His presence brightens my days and reminds me daily of the joy animals bring into our lives. I am incredibly passionate about animals, and nothing excites me more than the opportunity to provide the best care for your furry friends at Tails n Whiskers. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I am committed to ensuring they feel loved, safe, and happy in my care. Your pets will receive the same level of attention and affection that I give to Ziggy because, to me, every pet is a cherished member of the family. I can’t wait to meet your pets and create lasting bonds with them while providing the top-notch care they deserve!

Paul

Paul is a compassionate and experienced pet sitter with a proven track record of caring for dogs of all breeds and all sizes. With two years of dedicated experience, he specializes in providing exceptional care for shy dogs and those with special needs. Drawing on his decade of experience as a mental health professional, Paul understands the importance of emotional well-being in pets and is skilled in identifying and addressing behavioral challenges. When not tending to furry friends, you'll find Paul enjoying the outdoors, staying active at the gym, or simply relaxing with a good book.

Melissa

Melissa, mom of three, graphic designer, triathlete, and lover of all the critters. It is the highlight of my day to step away from my desk or dial down my training and just walk my dog. Be present. We were a rescue foster family for several years and helped a little more than a dozen pups find their forevers. We are currently under the care of Milo the dog and Daphne the cat, but i’m always trying to talk my husband into an additional fur family member! It’s my privilege to be present with your loves and keep them company until you come home.
